Shipping Policy

At Lucears, we are committed to providing fast, secure, and hassle-free shipping for every order. All U.S. orders include FREE shipping, with tax and customs duties included in the product price. You won’t pay any additional fees at checkout or upon delivery.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • All 48 contiguous U.S. states

We do not ship to Hawaii, U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam), PO Boxes, or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Order Processing & Handling Time

  •  Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (72 hours)

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking number.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your package is shipped, a tracking ID and link will be emailed or texted to you (if you provided a mobile number).

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to activate. 

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate. If you believe you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at support@lucears.com.

Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to make changes, and additional reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer. In such cases, please:

  • First contact the carrier using the tracking information provided

  • Then contact our support team at support@lucears.com; for further assistance if needed

Return & Exchange Shipping Costs

1.Seller Responsibility (We Cover the Cost)
We will cover all return or exchange shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label or shipping document if the return or exchange is due to:

    • Wrong item received

    • Defective product or damage during transit

    • Significant discrepancies between the item received and the product description

2.Buyer Responsibility (Customer Covers the Cost)
If the return or exchange is due to reasons unrelated to product defects or our shipping error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. This includes:

    • Change of mind or personal preference

    • Incorrect order placed (e.g., wrong size, color, or quantity)

    • Misinterpretation of product description

3.International Orders
For orders shipped outside of the U.S., the customer is responsible for the international return shipping costs, as well as any applicable customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees (unless the return is due to our fault).

  • Non-Returnable Items
    The following items are non-returnable and not eligible for free returns:
    • Used or installed products

    • Customized or made-to-order products

    • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

4.Partial Returns & Exchange Shipping
For partial returns, the shipping cost responsibility will be determined based on the above rules. If an exchange is requested, the cost of shipping the replacement item will be covered by the responsible party.

5.Return & Exchange Process

    • Contact us at support@lucears.com before sending any items back to receive a return authorization and the correct return address.

    • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid loss or delays.
