Q: How hot does it get?
A:Our saunas can reach temperatures of around 140℉ with nearly 100% humidity. The combination of heat and humidity makes it feel much hotter because sweat doesn’t evaporate easily, so your body struggles to cool down, making the sauna experience more intense and effective.
Q: How do I clean it?
A: Wipe the inside of the sauna with a cloth after use. Let it air out for 10-20 minutes before packing away. Our saunas are anti-bacterial and mold resistant but this will ensure a clean, safe environment. The floor mat is quick dry & machine washable.
For cold tub, we suggest change the water every two weeks, use a cleaning spray and wipe down the inside of it, rinse it and dry.
Q: Can I use it outdoor?s
A: Yes, you can use the sauna indoors and outdoors. However, please note that it’s not weather or water-resistant. Avoid leaving it outside for extended periods in open elements to maintain its quality.
Q: How does it work?
A: Our Steam unit generates steam by heating water to a high temperature, creating vapor that is then fed into our insulated sauna. This sauna design ensures 95% heat retention, maximizing the effectiveness of the steam and providing a comfortable sauna experience.
The cold tub is simple, just add ice and water, then enjoy your cold bath. For the beginners and seasoned ice bath lovers, it will be an effecient choice.
